I believe in the power of community.
I believe in listening – between the lines.
I believe in offering my clients confidence, service, and a lot of hard work.
I believe in taking care of you and your family, as if you belonged to ours.
After 13 moves, three of which were international relocations, I have mastered the art of successfully moving from one home to the next. For our first international move to New Delhi, I had three young children in tow. I was not provided any professional assistance and did not have a support team. I pulled up my boot straps, and acted as the wife, mother, adventure cheerleader, HR Department AND personal Relocation Specialist for that move.
Getting our family from Ohio to India in one piece, thriving and calling it a success was no small feat. I bring that experience, as well as the knowledge gleaned from the other moves and provide it to you – amazing expertise contained in every 8th & Home client experience. In all of the relationships I’ve built, whether living internationally or stateside, I learned to pay close attention to the needs of those in the middle of moving. I have quickly become the go-to guru when it comes to all things relocation.
After years of working in the legal field, and then devoting my time to raising my family and active volunteerism,I entered the real estate industry to not only start a new career, but also to maximize my potential for making a difference. I was born with a talent for building genuine relationships and through my life experiences I have sharpened my sales and negotiation skills. Real estate is truly where all of my skills and experiences come together.
I founded 8th & Home because I believe strongly that real estate is more than just a transaction and you are more than just a number. Relocation is more than just a corporate package and a relo “specialist” assignment. I also feel passionate about creating an environment where real estate professionals can be supported, learn from others and be rockstars inside of their passion.
Let’s think deeply about what really matters to you and your family. It’s not always about the commute, school district or the color of the siding. I work with clients who believe in the power of home and community.
I serve my community in the following ways:
President of the PTA at Lucketts Elementary School
Fundraising Chair on the Loudoun First Responders Foundation Board of Directors

Member on the Dulles Area Association of Realtors New Membership Committee
Get to know me:
My all-time favorite restaurant: Do I have to choose just one? I love chimichangas, lobster, a great Caesar salad and am a sucker for sushi.
I wish I had more time to: Read.
Most people don’t know: That I was homeschooled most of my education, am left-handed and am terrified of birds!
Best way to spend a Saturday afternoon: In pajamas, windows wide open, music playing and messing in the garden.
Favorite style of home: I love farmhouses, tudors and don’t mind a bit of a fixer upper.
I look forward to working with you!
